•  The Site provides information about the campaign, volunteer opportunities, donation links, and news.

•  You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to disrupt its operation, or to misrepresent your identity.

•  Content on the Site (text, images, logos) is owned by the campaign or used with permission and may not be reproduced without written consent.

Donations

Donations made through the Site are processed by our third-party donation processor (Donorbox) and are subject to their terms. Donations are voluntary contributions to a political campaign and are not tax-deductible. Campaign-finance law requires us to collect and report the name, address, occupation, and employer of donors as applicable.

Text messaging (SMS) program terms

•  Program: By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring campaign text messages from the Vote4Perry campaign, sent from (727) 606-7708.

•  Frequency: Message frequency varies (up to approximately 4 messages per month).

•  Cost: Message and data rates may apply.

•  Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

•  Consent: Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or donation. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
